Started researching driving a couple years ago when my boss started talking about retirement.this year he did so I pulled the trigger on driving .I make more in construction but figured I could drive longer then I could swing a hammer.Researched a lot on the old site.Ended up not following a lot of the advice that was posted for new drivers.I went to a private school and straight to flatbed.I understand the path that is suggested but for me,my path was best.one of the reasons was it made more sense to go private school and get a higher cpm plus tuition reimbursement.At years end I will come out ahead financially.I chose flatbed because I wanted something somewhat challenging and physical.i started at my company in Aug and loving it so far
